Tale of the Sale: Whispering Willow, Azusa

This was my first sale in the exclusive gated community of Mountain Cove, in Azusa. The backyard was a private oasis and had been professionally designed and landscaped by a local nursery, Glendora Gardens. The views of the Foothills were spectacular.  This home received multiple offers and sold for over asking. I negotiated an extended lease back for my clients, so they had extra time to move during the holidays. This opportunity came to me as a referral from a previous client! 

Biggest Challenge: Selling during the Holidays

Biggest Reward: Negotiating a lease-back at no extra cost to my clients, giving them plenty of time to move
