This home was full of love and cute kiddos! Alot of moving parts had to come together perfectly for this move to happen. The husband was applying for a job out of state when we listed the home. Thankfully he was offered that job transfer within a month! They purchased a newly built property in Texas, which offered more space, a huge yard, and a lower mortgage. Everything stayed right on track, as we moved through the important timelines that are a part of every transaction.
