The goal for my Via Verde clients was to live closer to their grandchildren in Glendora. I personally wanted to buy this house because it had such beautiful wood floors, the yard was meticulously cared for, and it backed up to Via Verde Golf Course. Their home received multiple offers and sold for over asking. I represented them on the purchase of their new home as well. They found a property close enough for their grandkids to walk home from GHS at lunch time. I recommended a roof specialist for inspections, a flooring professional to replace all the carpet with hardwood, and a window company to repair/replace windows that needed some attention. They are such a delightful couple, and I’ve enjoyed staying in touch with them!
Biggest Challenge: We fell out of Escrow once.
Biggest Reward: Seeing how they put their “touches” on their new home, and made it their own.
