Valencia was the first time I’ve sold a home that’s under 1000 sqft. It was the cutest little house in Glendora, and it went into escrow in seven days. It was such a joy to work with these clients. The home had been recently renovated with all the right touches, which made it super attractive to the buyers. The buyers were also able to utilize their VA loan benefits, and get into the home with no money down!
