Would you rather sell your house and buy another one—or give a speech in front of a thousand people?

Selling a home has a reputation for being stressful and time-consuming. As a real estate professional who works in this field every day, my job is to buffer and alleviate as much of that stress as possible. I won’t physically pack your closet or bathroom cabinets, but I do everything I can to make the transaction details, flow, documentation, and communication as seamless as possible for you.

My real estate mantra is: prepare, prepare, prepare.

By the time your home is listed on the MLS, we’ll have already had many conversations about your goals, ideal offer scenario, hot-button issues, timing, and more. One small but impactful way I help my clients reduce stress is by providing the seller disclosure package immediately after the listing agreement is signed—even if we’re weeks away from going live. This gives you plenty of time to complete everything without the pressure of the contract’s countdown.

Let’s face it—moving always comes with a longer to-do list than expected.

Sure, I could tell you about the professional photos, drone footage, online marketing, Broker’s Open Houses, and weekend Open Houses that I coordinate to get your home in front of as many buyers as possible. But one of the most consistent pieces of feedback I receive in my 5-star reviews is about something even more important: my communication, expertise, guidance, and responsiveness throughout the listing and escrow process.

I don’t disappear once the contract is signed. In fact, I often joke that during escrow, I might be the person you talk to the most! I work closely with your full team—title, escrow, lenders, and our in-house compliance experts—to make sure every signature, detail, and deadline is handled properly.

Now, back to my original question. Most people would rather avoid public speaking—and most don’t move every year either. In fact, the average homeowner in the U.S. now stays in their home for nearly 12 years. In the Los Angeles Metro Area, that number is over 19 years as of 2024*! That’s a record high. And it’s not just because moving is stressful—it’s because selling requires overcoming several logistical hurdles: financial, geographic, and personal.

That’s why I love when clients reach out early. Even a soft conversation like,
“Hey, we’re thinking of selling. Our home isn’t quite working for us, but we’re unsure how to finance the next step. Can we sit down and talk?”
Absolutely—I’m here for that.

My goal is simple: if you want to move, I want to help you make that happen.
Why stay in a home that’s too small, too large, too expensive, or in the wrong location if you have the ability to make a change?

Text, call, or email—I’d love to hear from you. Let’s start the conversation.
