I can’t say enough about how marvelous it was to work with Wendy Ginter – Realtor, KALEO Real Estate Company #01995567. This Whispering Willow Court property was our house and we certainly had our personal challenges during Fall 2018 which had impact on the house sales process. We couldn’t place it on the market until early October (not an ideal time to sell a house). My husband was recovering from two major surgeries and time in a rehabilitation center and we moved to an in-home caregiver for him while the house was going on the market. My mother was in the hospital for 3 months and died the week after the home went on the market. And, we hoped to stay in the property until our next home’s renovations were complete. Wendy made it happen and was so calm in the midst of it all. We got multiple offers and she helped us navigate our options well, with it selling within two weeks of being on the market. We were able to rent back, stay in the house through the holidays, and only move once when our new home was finished. And, the relationship with the buyer was valued, too. I highly recommend Wendy — her marketing techniques are top-notch but her relationships are even more important.
